This last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Mrs. Minnesota International Pageant. Several of my friends were participating in the pageant this year along with Mrs. Excelsior Susie Overvold.
In June of last year I crowned Susie as Mrs. Excelsior at her banner presentation, turning over the title I once held.
The weekend was full of fun with never a dull moment. No one's dress was slashed and no cat fights broke out, but a good time was still had by all. I love pageant weekend because it gives me a chance to catch up with several of the most inspiring women I know, who have supported me through my own adventures in life.
