There is nothing like Christmas in Excelsior! Thanksgiving weekend we had our annual Christkindlsmarkt, which is an open air Christmas market modeled after the ones in Germany.
Christkindlsmarkt opened with a parade featuring Mrs. Minnesota Wendi Russo and Santa. I had the pleasure of participating in the ribbon cutting ceremony with Excelsior Mayor Nick Ruehl.
